Looking back over the year, global economic development has become increasingly unbalanced, and the domestic economy has been continuously impacted by multiple disruptions, putting persistent pressure on businesses and narrowing profit margins. The company understands that only through innovation and change can we maintain steady and sustainable progress. To this end, we have fully committed to driving strategic transformation and management reform, establishing a development blueprint that is better aligned with the economic climate and industrial policies. We have anchored our focus on customer needs, optimized our products and services accordingly, and continuously increased our share of high-value-added business sectors. We are proceeding with steady operations and taking new steps in the company's development. In 2024, the company's core business foundation stabilized and improved. The integration of Tongfang Computer and Tongfang International has made our full-stack, autonomous hardware and software business a new growth point. Emerging businesses also showed strong growth and quality improvement. Focusing on the areas of intelligence, autonomy, greening, and internationalization, the company has implemented a growth strategy in four key areas: software and digital technology services, computing products and digital infrastructure, digital energy and AI computing services, and international services. We have strengthened the business sub-brands of iSoftStone Consulting, iSoftStone Fintech, iSoftStone Industrial Internet, MECHREVO, and iSoftStone Huafang, and built two major intelligent manufacturing bases in Tongzhou, Beijing, and Wuxi, Jiangsu. With a series of productivity-enhancing products and services, the company's market position and industry influence continue to grow.

With innovation as the guiding principle, we are accelerating technological research and its transformation into practical applications. The company continues to enhance its new quality productive forces driven by AI, with the development of the AI for Science platform. We have innovated with full-stack intelligence, launched integrated software-hardware hardcore products such as MECHREVO AI PCs, OpenHarmony AI PCs, and AI workstations. We are also developing humanoid robots like Tianqing, accelerating the transformation of commercial value in industries such as ICT, internet and telecom operators, fintech, high-tech manufacturing, digital energy, fast-moving consumer goods, and retail. We are building an autonomous and controllable capability system, seizing opportunities in the HarmonyOS era and the foundational industries, and have developed SwanLinkOS 5, the HarmonyOS application technology platform, and the HarmonyOS Connect integration base, all supporting the construction of the HarmonyOS ecosystem and meta-services. In addition, we have upgraded and released proprietary software and products such as the iSSEOS V24, ISSEDB, iSS-Works, Tianyuan AI Computing Service Platform, and more. We have also upgraded the iSSMeta2024 Digital Twin Simulation Platform and released the iSSMeta FSim Industrial Simulation Software V1.0, continuously improving our technology ecosystem.

We expand our reach, strengthening both internal and external efforts. With 10 major service delivery bases, 2 intelligent manufacturing bases, 12 strategic cities, and over 20 emerging cities, the company has successfully built a global "sales + delivery" service network. Domestically, by deeply engaging with underserved markets, the company has achieved exponential growth with high-quality key clients, and regional ecosystem cooperation has become more robust and practical. We have also focused on pillar industries in key regions such as the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei area, the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, the Yangtze River Delta, and the southeastern coastal economic zone, achieving rapid breakthroughs. Internationally, the company has successfully established regional platforms in North America, Japan, the Middle East, and Southeast Asia. Significant progress has been made in collaborations with Chinese companies expanding abroad and with overseas clients. Notably, MECHREVO has entered the Middle Eastern and Central Asian markets, while iSoftStone Education continues to deepen cooperation with overseas universities and institutions.
